Sales Director - Valencia, Spain
SiCtech Induction is a leading manufacturer of advanced induction heating solutions with a strong R&D Department that develops, manufactures and commercializes advanced power systems for a wide range of induction heating applications worldwide. The company is located in Valencia (Spain).SiCtech Induction is looking for a Sales Director who will manage, and give support a team of sales agents worldwide. This position will require the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Degree: Industrial or Telecom Engineer Degree
- Technical Experience: Control and Power Electronics
- Commercial Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in different languages for discussion with the customers and sales agents worldwide.
- Desired Languages
- Fluent English, oral and writing
- Good knowledge of German
- Some knowledge of a third language (French, Italian, Chinese….)
- Development of the Marketing & Business Strategies of the company
- Development and Execution of the Annual Business Plan
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and new customers
- Management the sales team to reach sales targets according the annual operating plan
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to the CEO for sales opportunities and sales forecasts
